Willis E. Jordan age 88, 114 East Union Street Portland passed away Thursday in Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland. He was born in Jay County August 18, 1928 the son of Ambrose and Opal (Smith) Jordan. He was married May 7, 1949 to Josephine Bruns who survives. He served with the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was retired from Geneva Manufacturing.

Surviving are his wife Josephine, one son Anthony Jordan of Portland, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday August 24 th at 10:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Fr. Robert Moran presiding. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery in Pennville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services. Memorials can be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
