William Clint Bookout age 86, 2495 North 200 West Portland passed away Friday morning in the Jay County Hospital. He was born in Lynchburg, Virginia November 20, 1930 the son of Clint and Gladys (Joy) Bookout. He was a retired painter and brick layer.
Surviving are two sons Greg Bookout (wife Angie) of Sun City, Az and Gary Bookout of Forest Grove, Or., One daughter Diane Mann (Husband Jim) of Hillsboro, Or., Companion Edna Stout of Portland, Six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hines presiding. Visitation will be from 12:00 – 1:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Community Center.
