Suzanne Fields, age 66, of rural Portland passed away Tuesday evening December 16, 2025 in Envive Healthcare in Berne, Indiana.  She was born in Portland on February 10, 1959 the daughter of Thomas and Annabelle (Corle) Lyons.  Suzanne had lived in Florida for several years and had worked for All Pro in Sanford, Florida.  She was a 1977 Jay County High School graduate and member of Eagles Lodge.  She enjoyed arts and crafts especially candle and soap making.

Surviving is her son Cody Fields of Lake Mary, Florida, her uncle John Lyons of Portland and two cousins.  She was preceded in death by a sister Christie Joy.
