Stephen Eugene Parks, age 45, of Union City, Ohio passed away Friday November 4, 2022 at his residence.  He was born in Greenville, Ohio on January 17, 1977 the son of William and Patricia Jean (Journay) Parks.  He was a 1996 Fort Recovery High School graduate and enjoyed trucks, cars and racing.

Surviving are grandmother Juanita Journay of Coldwater and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private services will be held at a later date.  Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.  Memorials can be directed to the funeral home to help with expenses.
