Sharon Kay Walker age 72, of Portland passed away Saturday October 26, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Portland July 1, 1947 the daughter of Harry L. and Sarah K. (Priest) Weaver. She was married November 3, 1962 to Wesley Walker who survives. She was retired from EPC in Geneva. She was a member of the American Legion Aux in Ridgeville and VFW in Geneva.

Surviving are her husband Wesley, Two sons Jim Walker (wife Cristi) of Lightsville, Ohio and Wesley Walker (wife Tiffany) of Portland, Four daughters Sherry Best (husband Larry) of Dunkirk, Sandy Shawver (husband Jeff) of Portland, Donna Buchtel (husband Al) of Ridgeville and Billi Wallace (husband Mike) of Portland, Two sisters Stella Weaver of Portland and Barbara Elzey (husband Jerry) of Portland, one brother Larry "Joe" Weaver of Portland, Twenty six grandchildren, Forty two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great grandson.

There will be no funeral services. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Humane Society.
