Ruth E. Dunbar age 92, Bluffton and a former Portland resident passed away Sunday in Bluffton Medical Center. She was born in Berne January 13, 1924 the daughter of Wilson and Myrtle (French) Dunbar. She worked at Sheller-Globe for thirty five years.
Surviving are three cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:30 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Strietelmeier presiding. Burial will follow in the Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 – 11:30 AM on Thursday. Memorials can be made to Jay County Cancer Society or Jay County Heart Fund.
