Ricky Lee Fultz age 65, of Portland passed away Tuesday November 12, 2019 in the IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born in Portland September 18, 1954 the son of Arthur and Grace (Gilbert) Fultz. He was married March 30, 2007 to Brenda Phillips who survives. He had worked at FCC in Portland and UTA in Berne.

Surviving are his wife Brenda, one son Stefan Fultz of Berne, two step-sons Brad Phillips (wife Jackie) of Portland and Waylon Phillips of Marion, one brother Larry Bulcher of Decatur, one sister Shirley McCoy (husband Homer) of Portland. He was preceded in death by a sister Vickie Bradburn.

Funeral services will be Monday November 18, 2019 at 4:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Smith presiding. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society.
