Richard Dewayne Hall, age 36, of Portland passed away on Tuesday September 13, 2022, at his residence.  He was born in Portland on September 26, 1985, the son of Thomas Hodge and Brenda Sue Neely.  He worked at Priority Plastics in Portland.

Surviving is his father and stepmother Tom and Debbie Hodge of Redkey, three brothers Shawn Hodge of Portland, Tommy Hodge of Dunkirk and Shane Hodge of Portland, two sisters Jennifer Murphy of Sevierville, Tennessee and Leslie Gannon of Topeka, Kansas, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.  Memorials can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
