Renee S. Miller age 70, 109 Bittersweet Lane Portland passed away Sunday at her residence. She was born in Portland October 26, 1945 the daughter of Jim and Enid (Schaub) Ramsey. She was married May 16, 1986 to Milo Miller who survives. She was a a secretary and the voice of First Merchants Bank in Portland. She was a 1963 Portland High School graduate, 1966 Elkhart School of Nursing graduate and an avid gardener.
Surviving are her husband Milo, two sons Chris Miller of Ridgeville and James Ward of Portland, one daughter Lori Smith of Portland, three sisters Nikki Pollard (companion Wes) of Yuma, Az., Eujania Littler (husband Dave) of Portland and Mary Francis Bickel (husband Dennis) of New Haven, Seven grandchildren and one great grandson. She was preceded indeath by a daughter Julie Barron.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 A.M. In the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Hugh Kelly presiding. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 – 8:00 P.M. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society or State of the Heart Hospice.
