Patricia Teeter (May 11 ^th 1929 – February 13 ^th 2021) passed at 91 yrs. young.  Cause of death was not related to Covid. Patricia passed from aging and struggling with pneumonia. There will be no official services, Patricia will be cremated and buried in Goshen, IN at a later date.

Patricia was born in Nottingham Twp. Wells Co. IN, on the same farm her mother was born. Patricia lived and passed in her daughter's home in Elgin IL.

Patricia was a member of the Episcopal Church for over 65 years.

Patricia's first memories of farming was with horses. Their first tractor was an Oliver; it had big metal wheels. In 1936 they got a John Deer. The farm didn't have electricity until 1945 so doing chores was a challenge. The farm had pigs, cows, sheep, and chickens. They butchered their own meat. It wasn't an easy life, but Patricia was very glad to grow up on a farm.

Patricia graduated from Petroleum High School in Petroleum, IN with the class of 1947. There were 20 graduates in the class. She went to the same school all twelve years. First – sixth were on the first floor then seventh – twelfth was on the second floor. The 1947 class went to Washington DC for their senior trip.

Patricia worked in the medical field till she moved from IN to NV in 1969. In Las Vegas, NV she worked as a cashier in hotel dining and show rooms. Patricia worked at the Fremont, Aladdin, Jockey Club, Old and new MGM plus the Frontier. In 1995 -2001 Patricia worked for the Clark County school district as a teacher's assistant in special education. Patricia volunteered at numerous places. At the age of 88 she was still volunteering at Lord's Park Zoo in Elgin, IL. In 2002, Patricia moved to IL where her daughter lived.

Patricia had many hobbies and interests. She will be forever remembered for riding her bike until the age of 89, doing headstands on her birthdays from age 60-90, and skydiving at age 86.

Patricia was married to Ralph Teeter Jr. (passed in 1961) and is survived by their three children.

Tonda (married to Roderick McPherson) – Tonda had two children with Bruce Buckner (Gracie and Alex).

Tim Teeter (married to Laura Zamora) – Tim has one child with Laura (Maraya).

Teryl Teeter (married to Peter Karpf) – Teryl had one child with Vince Scaccianoce (Vinnie).

There are several other grandchildren and great grandchildren thru marriages. All were greatly loved and meant the world to her.
