Patricia E. Heiby age 89, of Portland passed away Thursday morning June 6, 2019 in Swiss Village in Berne. She was born in Detroit, Michigan August 30, 1929 the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Genrich) Bucholtz. She was married to Ben Heiby who died in 1977. She later had a companion Tom Penrod who died in 2013. She had worked at Pier-Mac Plastics.

Surviving are nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Kenneth Heiby.

Funeral services will be Monday June 10, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Fr. Robert Moran presiding. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery in Fort Recovery. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 – 2:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the Choice of the Donor.
