Patricia A. Call, age 84, formerly of Portland passed away on Saturday November 11, 2023 in Courthouse Manor in Washington Court House, Ohio.  She was born in Portland on October 11, 1939 the daughter of Daniel and Margaret (Nelson) Pensinger.  She was married on June 23, 1983 to Harold Call and he passed away on August 28, 1998.  Patty was owner of The Spot Restaurant in Portland, was a realtor  and worked for Emergency Management retiring in 2003.  She was a Portland High School graduate.

Surviving are one daughter Kimberly Jenkins of London, Ohio one grandson Cody Kemmerling and one great granddaughter Kenlie Peyton.  She was preceded in death by her brother Bob Pensinger and a sister Barbara Wherry

Funeral services will be Thursday November 16, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Boggs presiding.  Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery in Pennville. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.  Memorials can be made to the Jay County Humane Society.
