Nila J. Frazee age 61 of Pennville passed away Wednesday November 21, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Decatur May 11, 1957 the daughter of Dale and Betty (Evans) Holloway. She was married October 10, 1976 to Glendon Frazee who survives.

She had worked at the Torchlight Restaurant in Fiat and Dollar General Store in Hartford City. She was a member of Union Chapel Church of the Nazarene and was a youth leader for fifteen years in the Nazarene Church in Hartford City. She was a 1975 Southern Wells High School graduate.

Surviving are her husband Glendon, one daughter Stephanie Frazee of Pennville, one brother Brian Holloway (wife Linda) of Montpelier, two sisters Brenda Jackson (husband Mick) of Bluffton and Rosie Bendo (husband James) of Brownsville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Sara, brother Milton Holloway and sister Debbie Pavey.

Memorial services will be held Friday December 7 ^th at 4:00 PM in the Union Chapel Church of the Nazarene 10527 West 900 North in Jay County with Pastor Fred Stevens presiding. The family will receive guests from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the family. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
