Mary Frances Bickel age 63, New Haven passed away early Monday morning in New Haven Care Center. She was born in Portland October 17, 1952 the daughter of James and Enid (Schaub) Ramsey. She was married June 24, 1972 to Dennis Bickel who survives. She had worked for Allen County Public Library for twenty years. She was a 1971 Portland High School graduate.

Surviving are her husband Dennis, two daughters Sarah Reagin (husband Pat) of Ft. Wayne and Abigayle Taylor (husband Curt) of Martinsville, two sisters Nikki Pollard (husband Wes) of Yuma, Arizona and Jani Littler (husband David) of Portland, three grandchildren Gretchen, Max and Cutler.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Curt Snyder presiding. Visitation will be Thursday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM. Memorials can be made to Parkview Home Health and Hospice or Allen County Cancer Services .
