Lowell Shreeve age 83, of Portland passed away Sunday May 31, 2020 in Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home in Dunkirk. He was born in Portland on August 22, 1936 the son of Earl and Frances (McFarland) Shreeve. He was married in 1997 to Rose Mast and she passed away in 2007. He was a retired art teacher.

Surviving are a nephew David Shreeve (wife Stacy) and a niece Julie Keyer (husband Roy)

Private services will be held in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with burial in the Little Salamonia Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the choice of the donor.
