Liam Ryland Howard, 4 months old of Portland passed away on Sunday October 25, 2020 in Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Muncie on June 2, 2020 the son of Dustin Vore and Samantha Howard.

Surviving are his parents, one sister Sofie Adams, Paternal grandparents Michelle Babbitt (husband Shane) of Portland and Troy Vore of Indianapolis, Maternal grandparents David and Paula Howard of Portland, Paternal great grandfather Jerry Vore of Portland. Liam was preceded in death by great grandparents Beverly Berry and Lawrence Howard.
