Leroy William Fellers age 73, of rural Ridgeville passed away Sunday December 30, 2018 in IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born in Portland January 12, 1945 the son of Shirrell and Rosella (Meinerding) Fellers. He was married February 4, 1966 to Vicky Masters who survives. He was retired after 46 years with OMCO in Winchester. He had attended Madison Twp. High School.

Surviving are his wife Vicky, one daughter Faith Fellers of Greenville, Ohio, three brothers Shirrell Fellers (wife Marsha) of Richmond, Mike Fellers (wife Ruth) of Portland and Bob Fellers (wife Judy) of Portland, two sisters Virginia Myers (husband Michael) of Portland and Shirley Kaupp (husband Danny) of Ft. Recovery, Three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son William Fellers.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 7:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Fr. Ken Alt presiding. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Memorials can be made to the choice of the donor.
