It is with deep sadness that the family of Karen K. Tullis Meckstroth announces her passing on April 13 ^th , 2020 at the age of 61 at IU Ball Memorial Hospital. Karen was born in Portland, Indiana to William and Norma (Worth) Tullis on September 27, 1958. She was married to Allan Meckstroth on July 4, 2015. They were together a total of twelve years. She was a 1976 Jay County High School graduate.

Surviving are her Husband Allan, her father William J. Tullis of Portland, two brothers Tracy Tullis (wife Ann) of Monroevia and Terry Tullis (companion Heidi) of Greenfield, her daughter Kia (McKee) Baughn (husband Casey) of Spring Hill, Florida, step son Davlyn Study of Ridgeville, two granddaughters Kaylee and Sophia, grandson Skylar and one great granddaughter Evelyn Rose. Karen was preceded in death by her mother Norma (Worth) Tullis on April 14, 2016.

A Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society.
