Julia A. Rhodehamel, age 85, passed away on Monday July 11, 2022 in Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio.  Julia was born in Jay County on August 1, 1936 the daughter of Kenneth and Adah (Caster) Bailey.  She was married on July 12, 1958 to Clark Rhodehamel and he passed away on March 16, 2004.  Julia and Clark owned and operated Como Service for many years.  She was a 1953 Portland High School and secretary/treasurer of her class.  She was a member of Dunkirk Elks and was an avid Euchre player.

Surviving are daughter in law Linda Rhodehamel of Portland, granddaughter Samantha Rhodehamel of Portland, grandson Daniel Rhodehamel of Chicago, great granddaughter Audrey Rhodehamel.

Memorial services will be held Saturday July 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hines presiding.  Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 – 2:00 PM.  Memorials can be to choice of the donor.  Online condolences at www.bairdfreeman.com
