Joyce Ann Fuller age 85, Redkey passed away early Tuesday morning in Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born in Jay County June 12, 1932 the daughter of Ralph and Margaret Lucille (Claycomb) Champ. She was married August 18, 1952 t/o Robert Fuller Jr. and he died December 18, 2005. She was a 1951 graduate of Gov. IP Gray High School and attended Redkey Nazarene Church. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are two sons Doug Fuller (wife Patti) of Portland and Rick Fuller (wife Lynette) of Arlington, two daughters Penny Henry (husband Dean) of Alexandria, Ohio and Jennifer Wilson (husband Scott) of Yorktown, one brother Sonny Champ (wife Karen) of Redkey and one sister Sandra Kennedy of Fort Wayne, Ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren

Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home in Portland with Pastor Bruce Waters presiding. Burial will follow in the Claycomb Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society.
