Harley Campbell age 96, passed away April 29 th at his home in Carbondale, Colorado. Born in Bryant, Indiana on April 4, 1920 he was the son of Irvin and Lillie (Heiston) Campbell. He was a farmer and construction worker having worked for Deaner Construction in Fort Wayne. He helped build the Mississinawa Dam and was a member of the Conservation Club. He was an avid Fisherman, Hunter and Horseshoe pitcher.
Surviving are a daughter Kathie Bollock (husband Bill) of Carbondale, Colorado, step son-Brad Gage (wife Lisa) of Bryant, step-daughter Judy Graves (husband Ron) of Summerset, IN., four sisters Beatrice Wolfe of Muncie, Joann Stein of Portland, Marilyn Parrish of Ft. Wayne and Kay Garner of Decatur., Nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 12:00 PM in the Westchester United Methodist Church with Pastor Darrell Borders presiding. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 -12:00 PM Memorials can be made to the Westchester Church.
