Grace B. Bisel age 91, 621 East Arch Street Portland passed away Tuesday evening in Persimmon Ridge Healthcare. She was born in Jay County August 2, 1925 the daughter of James and Sarah Alice (Wade) Boyd. She was retired from CTS in Berne. She was a 1944 Portland High School graduate, member of Fellowship Baptist Church, American Legion 330 Salon, Portland Moose Lodge, Academy of Friendship, DAV Aux. Past Commander, IOF and Jay County Hospital Aux.

S urviving are one son D.J. Bisel of Osteen, Florida and two sisters Barbara Hudson and Betty DeRome both of Portland, Two granddaughters, three great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
Private family services will be held in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Hugh Kelly presiding. Burial will be in the Green Park Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Cancer Society of Lupus Foundation.
