Gary Wayne Timmons, age 74, of Portland, Indiana passed away on September 3, 2025 in Albany Healthcare in Albany. He was born in Portland on November 10, 1950 the son of Virgil and Bernice (Franks) Timmons. He married Patricia Balle on December 2, 1978, who survives. He was self-employed.

Surviving is his wife Patricia, a son Robert Balle, two daughters Angela Timmons and Tammy Cade of Nevada, a brother Ronnie Timmons of Virginia, and 2 grandsons.

Private graveside services will be held. Burial will be in the Maple Lawn Cemetery in Pennville, IN. Memorials can be made to Choice of the donor. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home in Portland are handling the arrangements.
