Gary Lee Miller, age 77, of Portland passed away on Saturday December 25, 2021 in Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland. He was born in Muncie on January 2, 1944 the son of Willard J. and Marian (Pierce) Miller. He was married on June 29, 1968 to Rebecca Ann Lemaux who survives. Gary was retired as a security guard at Teledyne Portland Forge and had worked at Jay Garment. He was a member of Portland Friends Church and a 1962 Madison High School graduate.

Surviving are his wife Rebecca, one daughter Elizabeth Ann Miller and one brother Phillip Miller, three nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday December 31, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Herb Hummel presiding. Burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 AM. Memorials can be made to The Hospice Group.
