Gail Ann Craig age 62 of Portland passed away Wednesday morning August 7, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Piqua, Ohio on July 20, 1957 the daughter of Thomas and Nellie (Brock) Gierhart. She was a caregiver and had a variety of other jobs. She attended Portland High School, member of Little Salamonia Church and was an avid dog lover. She was a wonderful mother and an amazing grandmother.

Surviving are two daughters Kerri Cunningham (husband Joshua) of Anderson and Kelli Reidenour (husband Adam) of Portland, one brother Gregory Gierhart of Florida, one sister Yonda Romine of Portland, Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her dogs Annie, Ellie and Little Bitty.

Memorial services will be held Saturday August 24 ^th at 1:00 PM in the Little Salamonia Church. Memorials can be made to Jay County Humane Society.  Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
