G. Marie Landess age 86, of Redkey passed away Wednesday December 9, 2020 in Persimmon Ridge Healthcare in Portland. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 30, 1934 the daughter of Raymond and Gertrude (Clifford) Mattingly. She was a member of Redkey Faith Ministries. She was a secretary for a detective agency in California.

Surviving are one son Mike Landess (wife Karen) of Portland, one daughter Leah Beko (husband Keith) of Yorktown, Virginia, two sisters , several nieces and nephews, Six grandchildren and Four Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son Pat Landess in 2009.

There will be no funeral services. Burial will be in the Black Cemetery. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements. Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
