Dusty Bowland, age 45, of Ridgeville passed away surrounded by family on Sunday October 5, 2025 in The Waters of Dunkirk.  He was born in Bluffton on July 18, 1980.  He was a 1999 Delta High School graduate and had worked for FCC in Portland.  He enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are his mother Lisa (Wilson) Davis (husband Jeff) of Albany, one son Coltin Bowlan of Portland, three brothers Kortney Bowlan (wife Sandy) of Dunkirk, Cody Bowlan of Ridgeville and Shane Bowlan of Albany, uncle Lloyd Wilson of Ridgeville, one niece and one nephew.  He was preceded in death by grandparents Lloyd and Betty (Fields) Wilson and aunt Jana Wilson.

Private funeral services will be held.  Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.  Memorials can be made to The Waters of Dunkirk.
