Douglas L. Greenway age 63, 409 East Seventh Street Portland died Monday evening in Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was born November 29, 1953 in Hollandsburg, Ohio the son of Paul and Ethel (Hosier) Greenway. He was married December 31, 1986 to Connie Fraze who survives. He worked at Teledyne Portland Forge and was a member of Local 1620.
Surviving are his wife Connie, Five sons Roby Greenway (wife Amy) of Carmel, Jeremy Greenway of Bluffton, Joshua Greenway of Bluffton, Gary Price (wife Mary Ellen) of Portland and Heath Ddailey of Portland, Six daughters Kristie O'Brien (husband Brent) of Anderson, Shawndra Falodun of Speedway, Stacy Craw (husband Onny) of Albany, Amy Greenway of Bluffton, Maggie Greenway of Angola and Karla Southworth (husband Chris) of Portland, one brother Ron Greenway (wife Teresa) of Berne and one sister Kay Shawver (husband Bill) of Ridgeville, Eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild
Funeral services will be Sunday March 5
th
at 4:00 PM in the Freedom Life Church in Winchester with Pastor Jeff Bullard presiding. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the church. Memorials can be made to the Freedom Life Church. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
