Debra K. Simons, age 63, of Portland passed away Sunday morning January 8, 2023 at her residence.  She was born in Marietta, Georgia on July 29, 1959 the daughter of Robert and Frances Tibbits.  She was married on August 28, 1976 to Steven Simons who survives.  She worked as an underwriter and computer programmer for Cincinnati Financial.  Debra enjoyed working in her flower beds, was a avid animal lover enjoying wildlife.  She also enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband Steven, two daughters Tonya Schoenlein (husband Steven) of Portland and Tina Scholle (husband Robert) of Lawrenceburg, Indiana, three grandchildren Lilly Scholle, Hunter Scholle and Derek Schoenlein.  She was preceded in death by a brother Robert and a sister Connie.
