David Kendrick age 80, a former Portland resident and more recently a resident of The Waters of Muncie passed away on Thursday October 29, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born on July 20, 1940 in New London, Connecticut. He worked in construction and was a US Army veteran.
