Cynthia Lynn Roser age 64, 707 Katelynn Drive Portland passed away Saturday in Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born in Portland September 14, 1951 the daughter of Charles and Regina (Hampson) Roser. She was a 1969 Portland High School graduate. She was retired from CTS in Berne after 35 years and First Merchants Bank. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church. On December 22, 2000 she adopted a little girl named April Lynn Roser , she was known as a person who was always smiling, she was a strong and incredible woman who was always giving of herself to others in need. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with family and friends.
