Connie Sue Newcomer, age 62, of Portland passed away on Wednesday March 6, 2024 in IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Goshen, Indiana on April 17, 1961 the daughter of Edward Earl and Geneva Jenny (Lindzy) Newcomer Sr.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed being around her family.

Surviving is two sons Andrew Ryan Busz (wife Cassandra Batten) of Warren, and Brandon Scot Busz of Winchester, two daughters Jennifer Bentz (husband Donavon) of Portland and Jessica Busz of Nappanee, IN.  Two brothers Donald Newcomer of Goshen and Terry Newcomer of Columbia City, Two sisters Patsy Summerlot of Florida and Laura Coquillard of Syracuse, Twelve grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter Sarah Nicole Crago and four siblings
