Clarissa Jane Mann, age 83, of rural Portland passed away Wednesday May 19, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Muncie on September 13, 1937 the daughter of Raymond and Anna (Sewell) Summers. She was married on June 24, 1956 to James Mann and he passed away on December 18, 1999. She was a homemaker and member of Jay County Hospital Aux. Jane was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, enjoying taking care of her family, reading and visiting. Surviving are one son James Mann (wife Elizabeth) of Portland, two daughters Cindy Crouch (husband Kenneth) of Ortanville, Michigan and Cathy Emery (husband Robert) of Hampstead, N.C., one sister Alice Mann of Anderson, S.C., Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

There will be no funeral services. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Jay County Hospital Aux.
