Chris Hearn age 72, of Portland passed away Sunday afternoon November 15, 2020 at Miller's Merry Manor in Hartford City, Indiana. Chris was born in Portland on June 2, 1948 the son of Frank and Mary Ellen (Councilman) Hearn. He had worked for US Communications, Red Gold, Sheller Globe and New Idea. He was a 1966 Portland High School graduate, member of Portland Country Club and Portland Elks Lodge where he served as Exhalted Ruler. Chris was a member of Portland Rockets Baseball Team, was an avid golfer and enjoyed Butler Basketball and White Sox baseball.

Surviving are one son Cale Hearn (companion Dia Allfrey) of Fishers, Indiana and one daughter Lacey Ninde (husband Dan) of Portland, one brother Mark Hearn (wife Margaret) of Carmel, Indiana, Four grandchildren Xavier, Maebry, Ashlynn and Madalynn.
