Carl D. Reinhart, age 87, of rural Bryant passed away Tuesday July 7, 2026 at his residence.  He was born in Bryant on May 10, 1939 the son of Clemens and Rose (Schindler) Reinhart.  He was married on October 17, 1959 to Janet Fields who survives.  Carl was a dairy farmer and had worked for New Idea and International Harvester.  He was a 1957 Bryant High School graduate, member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Men's Sodality.  Carl loved to farm and collect and restore Case tractors and memorabilia.

Surviving is his wife Janet,  Four sons John Reinhart (wife Angela) of Bryant, Mark Reinhart of Portland, Chris Reinhart (wife Penni) of Logansport and Kevin Reinhart (wife Elaine) of Chandler, AZ., Three daughters Joy Steed (husband Tim) of Portland, Angie Kimmel (husband Mike) of Bryant and Linda Fullenkamp (Husband Bob) of Ft. Recovery, one sister Judy Alig (husband Jim) of Bryant, Nineteen Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by brothers Eugene, Ernest and James Reinhart and sisters Rita Homan and Norma Huelskamp.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday July 10th at 11:00 AM in Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Peter Logsdon presiding.  Burial will follow in the Holy Trinity Cemetery.  Visitation will be in the church from 9:00 – 11:00 AM.  Memorials can be made to Masses.  Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.
