Brian Alan "Brownie" Brown age 52, of Willshire, Ohio passed away Tuesday March 16, 2021 at Parkview Randalia in Fort Wayne. He was born in Portland on February 7, 1969 the son of Earnest Brown Jr. and Pam (Sheffer) Ray. Brian had worked for over twenty years for Fleetwood in Decatur and was a 1987 Jay County High School graduate. He enjoyed playing and listening to music with his friends, watching horror movies and tinkering on cars and electronics.

Surviving are his mother Pam Ray of Portland, sister Wendy Mink of Fort Wayne, uncle Greg Sheffer of Portland and nieces Erica Mink and Kelsey (Mink) Howell.

Funeral services will be Saturday March 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Hodgson presiding. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery in Pennville. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM. Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association.
