Bonnie Marie Bisel age 94, 415 South Vine Street Portland died Thursday evening in Miller's Merry Manor in Dunkirk. She was born in Jay County March 21, 1922 the daughter of Harry and Iva (Carrier) Lyons. She was married to Myron J. Bisel and he died January 25, 1994. She was retired from the Jay Garment and also worked at the Jay County Hospital. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Portland Women of the Moose, Academy of Friendship, Wednesday Morning Breakfast Club and Widow to Widow. She was a volunteer with the Blood Bank and Community and Family Services.
