Barbara A. Lawrence age 78, 280 East South Street Pennville passed away Sunday at her residence. She was born in Westby, Wisconsin on August 12, 1938 the daughter of Oscar and Thelma (Boe) Vold. She was married April4, 1994 to Robert Lawrence and he died September 19, 2013. She was a deputy and secretary at Jay County Surveyors. She was a member of Olive Branch Nazarene Church, Gamma Nu Sorority and En Avant.
Surviving are two sons Charles Whittington (wife Janet) of Denver and Jeffrey Whittington of Portland, three daughters Deborah Maxwell (husband Bill) of Portland, Tamara George of Salisbury, NC and Teresa Bozzarello (husband John) of Augusta, GA, three brothers Dale Vold of Muncie, Steve Vold of Whitehall, MI and Mike Vold of Portland, one sister Carol Slaven of Hagerstown, Eight Grandchildren and Two great
Memorial services will be Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Olive Branch Nazarene Church with Pastor Dewey Miller presiding. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Olive Branch Nazarene Church. Baird-Freeman Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
