Angela Marie Jude May Fouch, 50, of Portland went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 3:40 AM in the Jay County Hospital. She was born July 29, 1967 in Ft. Wayne to the late Cathy Wourms May Ballinger and Vernon May.

Angie is survived by her loving husband of 16 years Stephen D. Fouch Jr., children Matthew E. Cline (wife Cheyenne) and Madison Fouch, step children Brooke C. Fouch and Chase D. Fouch all of Portland, Father Jack W. Ballinger (wife Mary Beth) of Indianapolis, in-laws Stephen D. Fouch Sr. (wife Deborah) of Portland, sister Teresa May Thielking (husband Mark) of Defiance, Ohio, brother John W. Ballinger of Indianapolis, sisters in laws Brenda Waldvogel (husband Jason) of Archbold, Ohio and Beth Fouch of Portland, Four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

Angie was employed at JR Manufacturing in Fort Recovery and formerly by Jay Products and Portland Forge in Portland. She was a 1985 Jay County High School graduate and earned her Bachelors Degree from Ball State University. She was a member of Jay County Band Boosters.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:00 AM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hines presiding. Burial will be in the Bluff Point Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2:00 – 7:00 PM. Memorials can be made to National Brain Tumor Society, State of the Heart Hospice or IU Hospital Foundation.
